Hi, I just wanted to thank the recent good service I've had from Victor or Hector (I'm sorry I've been bad with names) and the cleaning done by Jennifer. I've asked for small additional favors outside of the normal ask and their normal duties and I've really come to appreciate it. Living here has been really awesome and I hope anyone who moves in meets these guys cuz they're nice and dutiful. And if anyone moves here, they'll really feel like they don't wanna move. I don't know what's in store for the end of my lease, but I hope to stay. But prices will always increase due to inflation so we'll see right?

I had a heavy electric window blind that was about to break off the wall, which is a safety concern and would have caused major damage to the unit if it fell. Fernando quickly realized the severity of the issue, got the extra parts he needed, and quickly fixed it. He even noticed one of my doors wasn't closing properly and fixed that (even though it wasn't on the work order). Very happy!

I am so grateful for being able to occupy the studio that I wanted. It was the last one of its kind. The hospitality from the staff was very welcoming. Feels like we're family already. Communication between the staff and I was always in a timely manner. This location is the center point between my Son's high-school and his Home. I get to be even closer to him so I can be more present in his life. This is why I live in California. Children need guidance... The layout of the complex is almost like staying on a college campus in a way. I love the fact that I don't have to go to the laundromat anymore. Washer/dryer in the units is a major plus. I even have a balcony. A new start at life. Next will be a 2BR, so my son Trenton can live with me.

I loved my apartment. The building is kept very clean. I always saw people sweeping or mopping. Most of the time I’d enter the elevator and it smelled super fresh. Of course there were occasional times when it didn’t smell fresh but there are lots of tenants who have dogs. The particulate floor plan I had came with two closets which was perfect and rare for a one bedroom.

Been residents for over a year now with my wife. The amenities are great, the cleanliness is great, and for the most part, very quiet. I do feel that the parking garage situation with cars flying up and down can be better controlled with speed bumps. There’s been times when cars nearly hit me head on as some people turn the corners too sharply. Other than that , we’ve had no big issues thus far, and are enjoying our time living here.

I had requested maintenance service for my unit and Fernando did a great job. He went through the list I had sent and went above and beyond. You can tell he was knowledgeable and experienced with the features our unit offers and answered any questions I had. This was a breath of fresh air as I had felt brushed off (multiple times) by the other technician. The other technician was personable yet seemed to only do bare minimum and always recommended for me to request for next time, which I barely have the time for. I expected for my concerns to be attended to incompletely like previous but Fernando was the opposite. He was able to fix more than what I requested and even replaced my vent filter. I didn’t have to worry about making another maintenance request, since he was diligent about his work. Thanks Fernando!

Most recently he noticed a water pressure problem that I didn't put on the work order. We really like the apartment and its amenities. it's maintained pretty neat, granted it's pretty much a new apartment but we noticed how quickly they are trying to fix the issues as soon as they notice them. The whole community seems to be pretty secure with locks at almost every place so there's no intruders. We worked with Brian at the leasing office, he was very welcoming and helped us find a new place that suits our budget without making a lot of sacrifices. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

My family and I are new here at the facility and so far we LOVE it. We have always been in a single family home and used to being in our own dwelling space. But living here is like your'e truely some place else with a resort feeling. We signed up with the Asst. Manager Marleni Carrillo and very happy with her. My husband tell's her he loves her all the time. Marleni was very professional and any questions we had she answered, and if she didn't know the answer, she always got back to us with a response. The facility offers an all in one inclusive ameneties which we love. Our walk with the dogs are pleasant and relaxing, and our children love the space provided to hold group study sessions and group bonding. The rest of the other staff, like the Maria the manager very friendly, helpful and approachable, and Fernando always available when you need to get something fixed. All you have to do is call. We highly recommend living here for anyone looking for that resort lifestyle living. Thank you Marleni for working with us. We Love you!!!!

So I’ve had a bunch of little annoying problems since moving in, which hasn’t been great, but Fernando and Anthony have been great getting my AC working again.. but since it’s currently broken I’ve realized just how loud the traffic is, honestly even with the windows closed it’s pretty loud. And airflow sucks, really need some AC or something in the hallways especially by the trash room please Also signs or something would be nice, everyone is always getting lost

At first it was a little hard to get in contact with leasing office but when I did they were super patient & understanding for approving me for my apartment due to my complicated situation. It’s government housing so the monthly income is a little tricky but I love the complex & my unit plus all the amenities are super nice! Super clean and quiet area, would recommend!

Hello I hope all is well I just wanted to go ahead and let you guys know that at 11:13pm on 9/4 I called maintenance emergency number because my thermostat went out and my AC was not working my kitchen thermometer said it was 82° in my house. When I called the number Fernando answered and he was extremely professional and expressed his empathy towards the situation he mentioned that he would call his boss and if his boss didn’t answer he would be on his way. Fernando arrived not even 20 minutes later and apologize for the wait and mentioned his boss didn’t answer so he came as quick as he could. Fernando was extremely professional and definitely went above and beyond to help me out. Not only did he fix my AC problem he also went downstairs to bring back a new filter for the AC and fix the direction of my ceiling fan. Fernando is definitely someone that should be in a supervisor position because not only has he helped me a few of my neighbors have also mentioned that he’s been extremely helpful around our apartment complex I really hope that he gets recognition for his hard work as that is nowadays something that’s not too common.

I like living here:) I love the the leasing office - so does my dog (Penelope). They’re always so welcoming and kind. I also really appreciate that they try to put on events that are community based - makes living there feel extra special. My only suggestions at the moment would be better communication or assistance in maintenance - when I moved in I filled out a form for repairs needing to be done, but they haven’t been addressed. Otherwise I enjoy it here.

This by far is one of the best apartment complexes I have lived in. In the beginning there were some issues that needed to be figured out because it was a brand new apartment complex opening during COVID, but those minor issues have been resolved. I have never once felt unsafe in this apartment. The amenities are amazing. If you like to workout, the gym is out of this world for an apartment complex. I do not need to have an additional gym membership because it has everything that I need. It even has a legit squat rack (steal plates and bumper plates). The pool is amazing to use and look at. If you don't have cable you can go into the main area to watch the games and play pool with your friends. Also, you do not have to pay to get your mail, but if you want your packages to be placed in a locker similar to an amazon locker, you do have to pay a small initial fee. I don't remember the exact cost but it was nothing crazy. You can still get your mail and packages even if you do not pay for the locker. Lastly the apartment is great. The only time I every had issues with bugs was the very first day, but I have not seen any sense. Maintenance has always come out ASAP to fix minor issues I have had. Also, if you are working from home, you can get really good internet from AT&T. I never cut out during my video calls. Overall, great place to live and the staff has gone above and beyond to assist me, even when they did not have to.

I don't understand the bad reviews. I have lived here for a little while and find everything very well planned. The appliances are at the top end of the scale. The pool area with the hammocks and other furniture look very inviting. I especially love all the grassy area. It's hard to find so much grass in an urban setting. I'm also looking forward to the Fourth of July to see the fireworks from the rooftop garden. That also was well planned with succulents to conserve what little water we have. This is the nicest place I have ever lived in and, believe me, I have moved around from Northern California to Southern California.
