I am so grateful for being able to occupy the studio that I wanted. It was the last one of its kind. The hospitality from the staff was very welcoming. Feels like we're family already. Communication between the staff and I was always in a timely manner. This location is the center point between my Son's high-school and his Home. I get to be even closer to him so I can be more present in his life. This is why I live in California. Children need guidance... The layout of the complex is almost like staying on a college campus in a way. I love the fact that I don't have to go to the laundromat anymore. Washer/dryer in the units is a major plus. I even have a balcony. A new start at life. Next will be a 2BR, so my son Trenton can live with me.

Leslie and Marleni provided excellent service and were very helpful during the application process. I also like that the staff keeps the facilities clean, well maintained, and have that luxury feel. Fernando, the maintenance guy came to our unit very quickly after I submitted a work order for some electrical issues. He was very helpful, and communicated well about what caused the electrical issue. He also fixed more than what I requested and turned some motion detection off on some of the lights in our unit. Thank you USB staff!

Fernando did an amazing job fixing my light fixtures and my water fauset. I just moved to Union South Bat Apartment it has been a wonderful experience. Thank you to Leslie for her assitance with all of the leasing paperwork.
