The team here at Union South Bay are pretty dynamic. The leasing staff are always very responsive when you submit request for maintenance and repairs. And they are all very friendly. Anytime I have questions about anything they always help me. Now let’s talk about Fernando. Fernando, came to my apartment less than an hour after I submitted a maintenance request in the portal. He did a great job with my repairs. He made sure my light worked properly again and he tightened up my faucet. I really appreciate his help. Thanks to all the great staff here at Union SB. Keep up the great work!

Great Service! Fernando and Victor responded quickly, were polite and friendly. They fixed the toilet quickly and professionally. Made sure everything was secure and working perfectly. Much appreciated!

Appreciation Message: Fernando and Victor from Union South Bay Maintenance are incredibly dependable. Whenever we need assistance, they respond right away- like when they promptly came to fix our stove. Their reliability gives me peace of mind, knowing I can always count on them for our maintenance needs here at the apartment. Thank you both for your excellent service!

Just moved in to Union and had the smoothest and easiest application process. Michelle is a star. Super professional, friendly, and very easy to communicate. I have not met a leasing agent so responsive and responsible. I needed the maintenance to check on my kitchen stove on move in day, and they came right away . Overall very happy with the experience here and looking forward to make this place my home.

Anthony and his maintenance team are always exceeding my expectations and uphold a high standard when it comes to handling business. They move fast, and get it right the first time, every time. They make everything look easy! Marleni is definitely understanding and incredibly welcoming. Her and her team are always there when I need them when it comes to general questions, or requests.
