We requested for maintenance because the disposal was creating a loud noise every time we run it. Fernando came he just ran hot water on it and it was fixed. He also checked to make sure every thing was working properly in the apartment, he also checked to make sure circuit breakers are on. He went beyond than what was requested for him to do.

I just moved in and Fernando from maintenance made a great first impression. I submitted my first maintenance request and he was here the same day, took care of every issue I had, and made sure everything was handled properly before he left. He was professional, friendly, efficient, and clearly takes pride in his work. It’s reassuring to know the property has someone dependable like Fernando on the maintenance team. 5-star service all around!

I was at the bus stop, but it's a nice apartment and have shops open and some shops available. Hopefully soon you can have a restaurant here. Near City Hall and Carson sheriff station.

I had a few maintenance issues and Victor came and resolved them all! He was very thorough, explained to me the problem and completed the jobs! Excellent experience!

Gotta give Fernando a huge shoutout for staying past his schedule and helping with a maintenance emergency! He didn’t leave a mess and maybe left it cleaner than when he started. 10/10

Our AC broke, and Fernando went above and beyond by coming all the way to our apartment after standard working hours to bring us a portable AC so we could stay comfortable. He worked quickly, was professional, and made sure everything was taken care of. I also asked him how to clean our washing machine, and he took the time to explain it and even gave us a washing machine cleaner. That was such a thoughtful gesture. Fernando’s dedication, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile are truly appreciated. Thank you for your excellent work and for taking such good care of us!

A truly great community for the price my experience was always great with both my u it and the staff. There is no other luxury experience in Carson that compares. The facilities are well kept and organized and the staff is responsive. I lived here for a little over a year. I’m moving to be closer to work but if I didn’t have to I wouldn’t. Come here if you want a secure and safe place to live in the southbay. Thank you Union for your hospitality and friendship you will be missed.
