I’ve been living here for about a year and a half and truly love it. Anytime we’ve had any issues, the leasing office has been extremely helpful and quick to respond. Fernando is the best, he’s always so helpful and on top of fixing anything we need. Really appreciate the great service!

I have been a resident of this apartment community for approximately five and a half years, and my experience has evolved significantly during that time. During the earlier years under the previous management, there were several challenges. Communication was often limited, and maintenance or service requests were not always addressed in a timely or satisfactory manner, which at times made living in the property frustrating. However, the situation improved considerably when Marleni and her management team assumed responsibility for the property. Since their transition into management, there has been a clear and positive change in the way the building is operated. Marleni and her team demonstrate professionalism, responsiveness, and a genuine commitment to addressing residents’ concerns. Maintenance requests are handled more efficiently, communication is more transparent, and the overall management of the property has become much more organized. I appreciate the efforts that Marleni and her team have made to improve the living experience for residents. Their dedication to maintaining the property and supporting tenants has made a meaningful difference, and it has greatly improved the overall quality of living in this community.

Been staying here for more than a year and it’s been a great place to stay along with having events to engage the community and amenities. Thank you Fernando and Victor for the maintenance and fixing our dishwasher too!

Our smoke alarm was going off for a few times and didn't stop for awhile. Decided to go down to leasing office for help but Fernando was right down the hall, looking for where the sounds came from. Thanks Fernando for swift response and being helpful. We really appreciate it as new tenants.
