If I can leave more than 5 stars I would!! Fernando and Victor did an outstanding job. They were extremely accommodating, professional, and respectful throughout the entire project. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and paid close attention to detail. Their friendly attitude made the whole experience pleasant and stress-free. I truly appreciated their strong work ethic, excellent communication, and commitment to getting the job done right. Fernando and Victor went above and beyond to ensure everything was completed to my satisfaction.

This is a review for the maintenance team who helped us twice in the same week. Our kitchen sink clogged and was getting to the point of overflowing. Victor came in the middle of the night and helped suction up the water and then a plumber came the next day to fix the clog. Then 2 days later our A/C went out during the summer heat. Victor came in the early morning to fixed it in a few minutes!

I just moved here recently, and I’ve really enjoyed living here so far!! Fernando from the maintenance team has been amazing—he’s always quick to respond, provides great service, and is friendly and professional. He made the whole process so much easier, and I really appreciate how efficiently he handles maintenance requests. Danica has also been incredibly helpful and welcoming since I moved in. Both Fernando and Danica have made settling into my new apartment a great experience. Thank you both for all your hard work!

I really appreciate Fernando, the maintenance worker, who helped us this Saturday night. There was a leak in the bathroom ceiling with water dripping, and he fixed our faucet too. He was really nice and efficient. I would like to thank Fernando for fixing everything and helping us with our concerns. Have a wonderful weekend!

You made sure that everything was completed to our specification and on the plus side, you kept our sleeping baby from waking up ❤️ Thank you as well to all the staff for your friendliness and for making us feel welcomed.

Amazing Experienece
My experience moving into Union South Bay has truly been incredible! It would not have been the same without the guidance of Michelle Rodriguez. She made sure to answer any and all questions, she was attentive to all of our needs, and was very patient! I had so many questions during my move in process, Michelle and her team made sure to get back to me quickly and we worked through all of them. Its only been a week, but so far I am excited to live here, the unit is well-taken care of and so are the amenities.

Fernando from maintenance did an excellent job today when my fridge door broke. Fixed everything quickly and when I saw him later in the day, he asked if everything was still good. I no longer have to hold my fridge closed with a chair haha!
