I’ve lived here for the past 3 years, and it’s been a wonderful experience. The apartment community is beautiful, always clean, and very well maintained. The management team does an excellent job keeping everything in great condition and creating a pleasant place to live. One thing I really appreciate is how quickly maintenance requests are handled — issues are usually resolved within hours, not days. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed community.

I spent one year at Union South Bay. The experience was solid! Clean buildings, modern amenities, professional staff that care, and a great location in downtown Carson. The apartments were well maintainet by the management company. They have a very efficient system of address reapirs and addressing the concerns or issues of the residents. I was truly impressed by their communication with the residents. Their monthly rental cost is higher than most places nearby, but you pay for the great amenities (pool, gym, clubhouse, free beer, indoor parking, EV charging). Highly recommend this apartment community.

Fernando did an excellent job handling our maintenance requests. He fixed all the lights and the bathroom vent quickly and efficiently, and everything is working perfectly now. What really stood out was his dedication—he even came back the same morning to take care of another light issue without hesitation. His responsiveness and professionalism are truly appreciated.
