Fernando came and saved the day! Maintenance is always very quick and helpful. Our washing machine was out of commission and I was afraid we would have to go to the laundry mat. Fernando was clutch. It’s gives me such peace of mine.

I've been living here for a month now and it has been fantastic, everything I need is within walking distance and I'm not too far from CSUDH and big retailers such as target and ikea. The apartment is beautiful, modern and sleek fitted with a in unit washer/dryer, fridge, stove and oven, and finally lots of storage space. The ammenities offered here are outstanding, the pool looks gorgeous and the fitness center has everything I need to get a good work out in. The staff is fantastic, if you're looking to rent here I highly recommend contacting Marleni she's the best. Maintenance crew and staff is great, I had an issue and it was resolved quickly and efficiently.

Fernando came and fix our drain. Without asking he also fix our toilet chair. Did realy great job.
