My apartment needed some minor maintenance, the maintenance guy showed up quickly and fix it! Thank you Victor!

I live in building A. Not sure if The bad reviews are coming from the other building, but I do notice that that building had a problem with elevators and water more often than ours? But anyways, I love living here and I’m very happy with my apartment. Sometimes some tenants slam their doors, and we can hear it, and sometimes the tenants above are walking around and we can feel it, but it doesn’t bother me that much. It only happens a couple times a week and it’s not that bad. I love the pool and Jacuzzi, and it’s pretty quiet here. I also want to mention the repairs and responses are prompt and great. Fernando came by to change the battery for our smoke detector and it was very fast, even though I called late in the day and they were almost done for the day, they came by and helped quickly. He is very friendly and nice. And he got the job done quick. I’m very happy with this place!

Our maintenance worker was great. He stopped by my apartment to let me know about the hardware in my laundry closet. I appreciate his response.

I’ve lived at this complex for almost a year now and I love it here! The management is great to work with, amenities are always clean, and my unit is easy to maintain. The process of moving in was also very easy and transparent, which is something I was nervous about but was made convenient due to the friendliness and professionalism of the management. Huge shoutout to Michelle, from the moment she answered my first phone call up until now, she has remained so consistent, helpful, and friendly and it’s so appreciated. She went out of her way to explain and clear any questions from both me and my family with patience, and her demeanor has always maintained very approachable. She is truly the best!!

Victor from maintenance did an excellent job yesterday when my fridge/freezer stopped working. He came by, assessed the situation, and fixed everything in under an hour! No more melting ice cream. Thanks!

I’ve been living here for about a year and a half and truly love it. Anytime we’ve had any issues, the leasing office has been extremely helpful and quick to respond. Fernando is the best, he’s always so helpful and on top of fixing anything we need. Really appreciate the great service!
