We are incredibly grateful for our three wonderful years at USB Apartments. After living in a home for 25 years, I was nervous about making the move to apartment living, but choosing USB Apartments turned out to be one of the best decisions we could have made. A special thank-you to Marleni for always being kind, professional, attentive, and willing to help. She truly goes above and beyond and is a wonderful reflection of the entire management team. We also greatly appreciate the maintenance team and staff for their hard work, quick response, and genuine care for the residents and property. USB Apartments is more than a place to live—it feels like a community where people are valued and cared for. We will always look back on our time here with gratitude and wonderful memories. We had a water leak, and Victor came and fixed it within 30 minutes, he is very friendly and professional.

Had a bathroom issue earlier today and was communicating with Fernando about it. Then he came on his off today to help fix it! Huge appreciation for him. He’s a great guy and was able to fix the issue quickly and an absolute pleasure to meet.

Fernando is amazing, took care of my sink draining issue. He taught me something new today!

We requested for maintenance because the disposal was creating a loud noise every time we run it. Fernando came he just ran hot water on it and it was fixed. He also checked to make sure every thing was working properly in the apartment, he also checked to make sure circuit breakers are on. He went beyond than what was requested for him to do.

I just moved in and Fernando from maintenance made a great first impression. I submitted my first maintenance request and he was here the same day, took care of every issue I had, and made sure everything was handled properly before he left. He was professional, friendly, efficient, and clearly takes pride in his work. It’s reassuring to know the property has someone dependable like Fernando on the maintenance team. 5-star service all around!

Victor, a gentleman from maintenance came to fix the issue with our electricity. He was knowledgeable, pleasant, and professional. Excellent service indeed. Thank you

I was at the bus stop, but it's a nice apartment and have shops open and some shops available. Hopefully soon you can have a restaurant here. Near City Hall and Carson sheriff station.

I had a few maintenance issues and Victor came and resolved them all! He was very thorough, explained to me the problem and completed the jobs! Excellent experience!
