This is a review for the maintenance team who helped us twice in the same week. Our kitchen sink clogged and was getting to the point of overflowing. Victor came in the middle of the night and helped suction up the water and then a plumber came the next day to fix the clog. Then 2 days later our A/C went out during the summer heat. Victor came in the early morning to fixed it in a few minutes!

If I can leave more than 5 stars I would!! Fernando and Victor did an outstanding job. They were extremely accommodating, professional, and respectful throughout the entire project. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and paid close attention to detail. Their friendly attitude made the whole experience pleasant and stress-free. I truly appreciated their strong work ethic, excellent communication, and commitment to getting the job done right. Fernando and Victor went above and beyond to ensure everything was completed to my satisfaction.

I just moved here recently, and I’ve really enjoyed living here so far!! Fernando from the maintenance team has been amazing—he’s always quick to respond, provides great service, and is friendly and professional. He made the whole process so much easier, and I really appreciate how efficiently he handles maintenance requests. Danica has also been incredibly helpful and welcoming since I moved in. Both Fernando and Danica have made settling into my new apartment a great experience. Thank you both for all your hard work!
