Fantastic place, the staff is also amazing from Marleni to always bring extremely helpful and Fernando going above and beyond even on the weekend to service my washer. Quick, concise, and professional, the staff and amenities make this place worth it. Thanks again Union South Bay for going above and beyond, your staff is amazing!

I want to thank Fernando for his outstanding maintenance work at Union South Bay. He arrived within an hour of my call to fix my sink grinder and refrigerator, and handled everything quickly and professionally. His attention to detail and dedication made all the difference. I love living in this complex! We haven't had any major issues, but maintenance is very quick to fix any issues we do have. Fernando came and fixed our AC unit over a holiday weekend, we were very impressed in his skills and his professionalism. Also I am impressed with how quiet living in this building is - I was worried that a new build like this would have thin walls where you hear every sound your neighbor makes but that is thankfully not the case.
