USB management and maintenance team are responsive, professional, and patient. Property is well-maintained.

Living here was amazing, management has always been great accomodating and the ammeneties are top notch to include things like a gorgeous pool, a lounge that includes up to date pool tables, big screen tvs and others, and they even have a nice liitle trail to walk your dogs. The gym is actually another reason I chose this place, it's not big but it's not small and has everything I need for a full work out. I've moved out and somedays I miss that apartment I had there, but unfortunately life has other plans and I had to move. Marleni is wonderful, professional and accomodating. I'll always be grateful for the staff and just how patient they were with me and my requests, thanks Union South Bay I'll miss you guys

Comfortable space with great gym

I recently moved into Union South Bay, and my experience so far has been wonderful! A big shoutout to Fernando from the maintenance team for his prompt and professional help with my unit—he was incredibly efficient and kind. I'm also really impressed with the amenities the community offers and the warm, welcoming team at the Leasing Office, especially Michelle, who has been so helpful throughout the process. Thank you all for making my transition smooth—I’m looking forward to having a great time here!

Fernando and Victor were extremely professional, prepared, and polite. My refrigerator broke down and the ceiling lights were flickering. They replaced it and also did a brief inspection of the central air to make sure all was kosher as the summer heat approaches. This consideration to service is not rewarded enough. To work beyond the scope out of decency is applauded.

Victor was incredibly helpful! He troubleshot the issue efficiently and handled everything with professionalism and kindness.

The staff here are very attentive and took care of all my needs. Building and facilities are impeccable and always in good working order for guests and residents. Highly recommend!!
