My family and I are new here at the facility and so far we LOVE it. We have always been in a single family home and used to being in our own dwelling space. But living here is like your'e truely some place else with a resort feeling. We signed up with the Asst. Manager Marleni Carrillo and very happy with her. My husband tell's her he loves her all the time. Marleni was very professional and any questions we had she answered, and if she didn't know the answer, she always got back to us with a response. The facility offers an all in one inclusive ameneties which we love. Our walk with the dogs are pleasant and relaxing, and our children love the space provided to hold group study sessions and group bonding. The rest of the other staff, like the Maria the manager very friendly, helpful and approachable, and Fernando always available when you need to get something fixed. All you have to do is call. We highly recommend living here for anyone looking for that resort lifestyle living. Thank you Marleni for working with us. We Love you!!!!

Thanks to the maintenance team especially Fernando who came by to help fix the electrical issues we were facing. He was really kind and replaced the lightbulbs that needed to be replaced. He also helped fix the blinds.

Victor did a great job fixing everything that needed to be fixed. He did it so fast. He also confirmed with me about clothing that was stuck in between the washer and metal cover from a previous tenant before throwing it away. He also cleaned up after himself which is always a plus.

Maintenance is great Anthony is always on top of it!

I have been living at Union South Bay apartments for 5 months and it has been simply awesome. The leasing office team are exceptional especially Marleni and Leslie. Fernando from maintenance team is stellar as well. If you are planning to live in Carson then I would highly recommend Union South Bay apartments.
