My wife and I just moved in and everything appears as advertised. The residents and staff here have been very friendly and helpful. Shout-out to Brian for all the help he provided. We came from PA and Brian made our transition as smooth as possible.

I am so grateful for being able to occupy the studio that I wanted. It was the last one of its kind. The hospitality from the staff was very welcoming. Feels like we're family already. Communication between the staff and I was always in a timely manner. This location is the center point between my Son's high-school and his Home. I get to be even closer to him so I can be more present in his life. This is why I live in California. Children need guidance... The layout of the complex is almost like staying on a college campus in a way. I love the fact that I don't have to go to the laundromat anymore. Washer/dryer in the units is a major plus. I even have a balcony. A new start at life. Next will be a 2BR, so my son Trenton can live with me.

I recently moved into Union South Bay, and my experience so far has been wonderful! A big shoutout to Fernando from the maintenance team for his prompt and professional help with my unit—he was incredibly efficient and kind. I'm also really impressed with the amenities the community offers and the warm, welcoming team at the Leasing Office, especially Michelle, who has been so helpful throughout the process. Thank you all for making my transition smooth—I’m looking forward to having a great time here!

I just moved in here last week and have had a great experience so far. Brian the Leasing Manager provided excellent service to me during the application process. In addition, Fernando from the Maintenance team is a superstar and has been extremely helpful in resolving any issue that's come up so far.

Got problem with ceiling fan doesn’t work well and clogged sink drain, which probably caused by the previous owner. The maintenance team came pretty quick the next day! And it has all been fixed! Fernando and Victor did a great job!

The apartment is somehow even better than the pictures, very happy with our choice! Big thanks to Brian in the office, we moved across the country and he made the experience so smooth! The facilities are clean, well maintained, and stylish.
