Maria and Anthony have been great, when it comes to managing down to when it comes to maintenance. We’ll ran complex and we’ll worth the value. I appreciate the whole staff for making my experience loving hearing so seamless and really making it feel like my home.

The process of moving in here is so great. Brian Nguyen in the office is the truth. He knows exactly what he is doing!! My process was a little rocky and Brian was so helpful and patient the entire time. He made sure my process was as seamless as possible from coming in and seeing my unit to applying and getting approved. At times when I couldn’t reach Brian the other ladies in the office were just as much help. I’ve been so happy with my experience here.

Brian Nguyen was awesome! He made everything comfortable and answered every question that I had. I would recommend him if you’re looking for an apartment here. And if I had to do it again, I’d make sure that it was Brian. i like at other amazing luxury apartments but it was really him that made me choose this complex. He treated me so well, I know management here will be amazing.

Brian Nguyen was a big help. He was patient and explained the application and move in process. He has also been a go to person post move in has been able to answer my follow up questions as needed.

Thank you to all leasing managers, especially to Marleni. She assisted us from the day we had the tour until we moved in. She was very professional and kind. Maintenance requests had been completed in timely manner. So far, I'm very satisfied with every aspect of this apartment.

As I had only toured the complex, I can't speak for living situation here. But I can say that the leasing agent who assisted me, Brian Nguyen, was very personable and accommodating. He asked helpful questions to get the gist of what I was looking for so that the tour was oriented around my preferences. Couldn't have asked for a better guide around Union South Bay.

I was having an unexpected plumbing issue that would not subside for an extended period of time. I logged into the portal and submitted a request. Anthony came through on the same day and fixed the plumbing issue within 15 minutes. He even replaced a part to alleviate any future issues during the visit. I appreciate Anthony’s promptness and and proactive attitude to make sure the issue was resolved quickly.
