This review is for Fernando and it has been really good and professional. Every time we require any type of maintenance request we get a response the same day and Fernando addresses the issue immediately.

Pretty amazing place! The building is very clean, amenities are pretty awesome. The director bryan is very nice and professional. I am glad I have moved here. The neighborhood is also very quiet and safe.

I’d like to complement Fernando on his work. Every time we’ve called the office for maintenance, he was always able to fix the problem. Always very professional and respectful.I have nothing but good things to say about him.

I live in building A. Not sure if The bad reviews are coming from the other building, but I do notice that that building had a problem with elevators and water more often than ours? But anyways, I love living here and I’m very happy with my apartment. Sometimes some tenants slam their doors, and we can hear it, and sometimes the tenants above are walking around and we can feel it, but it doesn’t bother me that much. It only happens a couple times a week and it’s not that bad. I love the pool and Jacuzzi, and it’s pretty quiet here. I also want to mention the repairs and responses are prompt and great. Fernando came by to change the battery for our smoke detector and it was very fast, even though I called late in the day and they were almost done for the day, they came by and helped quickly. He is very friendly and nice. And he got the job done quick. I’m very happy with this place!

Our maintenance worker was great. He stopped by my apartment to let me know about the hardware in my laundry closet. I appreciate his response.

Thank you to all leasing managers, especially to Marleni. She assisted us from the day we had the tour until we moved in. She was very professional and kind. Maintenance requests had been completed in timely manner. So far, I'm very satisfied with every aspect of this apartment.

Fernando and Anthony have been great when I've need maintenance request. They are always quick to want to solve the problem. Thank you!

Very Professional & Gave Advice Needed.

I have been living at the Union South Bay for more than 2 years. It has been a very pleasant experience. The management team has been great, especially Maria Acosta. She has been helpful and lot of fun to speak with. I love the monthly food truck experience, the scavenger hunt, the business meetings and many other things. Thanks Maria

Just moved in to Union and had the smoothest and easiest application process. Michelle is a star. Super professional, friendly, and very easy to communicate. I have not met a leasing agent so responsive and responsible. I needed the maintenance to check on my kitchen stove on move in day, and they came right away . Overall very happy with the experience here and looking forward to make this place my home. Just also wanted to call out Fernando for his excellent maintenance service! He dropped by promptly and completely my maintenance request within 5 minutes. Very friendly and sweet. Appreciate the staff here at Union South Bay!
