Recently moved here with my boyfriend. Brian, the leasing director, was very patient and accommodating when it came for us to obtain the necessary documents required to apply, which took a while due to the winter holidays. He was nothing but friendly and helpful, which made the overall process pretty smooth and easy. Thank you Brian!

I really appreciate the maintenance team. Mr. Fernando is very knowledgeable, professional and thorough with his work. Ever since I moved here, after he completes a work order, he always ask me if I have any other problems, questions or concerns as it pertains to plumbing, electrical, leaks that he can help me with. He always give me sound advice on how to handle any problems that may arise, and directs me to the office managers and staff if a work order is needed. Thank you Mr. Fernando!

Maintenance has always been timely, which for non emergency issues I thought It would be days. Nope! Same day, both times, problem solved. Fernando came today to fix the sink and he was amazing. Thanks for all of your hard work USB!
