I have been living at Union South Bay for 5 months and it has been fantastic. The leasing office team are exceptional and go above and beyond especially Leslie and Marleni. The maintenance team, especially Fernando, are stellar as well. If you are planning to live in the area then Union South Bay is the place to stay.

It truly has been a pleasure living here at union….. Staff has been very helpful. I must commend Anthony from maintenance for whenever something needs to be fixed he is on it. I know I’m a little much because I have OCD however I’m happy for all your services and grateful to call union my home. It’s not an apartment it’s a home for me. Ty.

Maria is very professional and courteous to all. She is extremely hardworking and diligent. Maria is great at greeting all the tenants and provides the utmost customer service. In addition, Anthony the maintenance manager is always willing to help whenever an issue arises. He constantly strives to upkeep the presentation of the premises.

Just moved in to Union and had the smoothest and easiest application process. Michelle is a star. Super professional, friendly, and very easy to communicate. I have not met a leasing agent so responsive and responsible. I needed the maintenance to check on my kitchen stove on move in day, and they came right away . Overall very happy with the experience here and looking forward to make this place my home.
