Fernando did an amazing job! His attention to detail is impeccable and his service was fast! Thank you for fixing the shower plug as well as taking care of other small issues that we had over looked.

Fernando from maintenance is an excellent employee. He wasted no time in getting my A/C working again (a life saver) especially because it was 96 degrees outside. He replaced two parts to get the A/C working and was the consimate professional.

I was having an unexpected plumbing issue that would not subside for an extended period of time. I logged into the portal and submitted a request. Anthony came through on the same day and fixed the plumbing issue within 15 minutes. He even replaced a part to alleviate any future issues during the visit. I appreciate Anthonyâs promptness and and proactive attitude to make sure the issue was resolved quickly.
