Notified them that refrigerator was not working and got a new one the same day. Amazing!

I am so grateful for the timely repairs. Fernando really helped me out with my A/C unit; feels great to have central heat and air. My dishwasher is also now working. Due to me not properly loading it, I know better than to overcrowd the dishwasher from now on. Thanks again to the USB team.

I’ve lived at this complex for almost a year now and I love it here! The management is great to work with, amenities are always clean, and my unit is easy to maintain. The process of moving in was also very easy and transparent, which is something I was nervous about but was made convenient due to the friendliness and professionalism of the management. Huge shoutout to Michelle, from the moment she answered my first phone call up until now, she has remained so consistent, helpful, and friendly and it’s so appreciated. She went out of her way to explain and clear any questions from both me and my family with patience, and her demeanor has always maintained very approachable. She is truly the best!!

Victor from maintenance did an excellent job yesterday when my fridge/freezer stopped working. He came by, assessed the situation, and fixed everything in under an hour! No more melting ice cream. Thanks!

I love this place! I've had a great experience living here, and the staff is friendly, and good at what they do. If I need maintenance to check out an issue they do it well and quickly. Anthony has come through to repair any issues I've had. Maria the manager is amazingly friendly, and she always finds a way to accommodate her tenants when she can. You will be well taken care of in this establishment.

This review is for a maintenance job by Fernando. I had a heavy electric window blind that was about to break off the wall, which is a safety concern and would have caused major damage to the unit if it fell. Fernando quickly realized the severity of the issue, got the extra parts he needed, and quickly fixed it. He even noticed one of my doors wasn't closing properly and fixed that (even though it wasn't on the work order). Very happy!

Maria and Anthony have been great, when it comes to managing down to when it comes to maintenance. We’ll ran complex and we’ll worth the value. I appreciate the whole staff for making my experience loving hearing so seamless and really making it feel like my home.
