I want to give Fernando 5 stars for his amazing help.. I came home late last night from work and I wasn't able to lock my front door after calling the emergency number a few times he answered.. He came and assisted with fixing my lock to my door.. Thank you again Fernando!!

I spent one year at Union South Bay. The experience was solid! Clean buildings, modern amenities, professional staff that care, and a great location in downtown Carson. The apartments were well maintainet by the management company. They have a very efficient system of address reapirs and addressing the concerns or issues of the residents. I was truly impressed by their communication with the residents. Their monthly rental cost is higher than most places nearby, but you pay for the great amenities (pool, gym, clubhouse, free beer, indoor parking, EV charging). Highly recommend this apartment community.

This review is for Fernando in maintenance. Iâve had a couple issues in my apartment and heâs always responded super quick. Today I had an electrical issue and even though it was in the evening on a weekend he was at my door within 10 minutes of my call. He went to get the proper parts, and didnât leave until he knew it was 100% fixed. Heâs great!

Fernando did an excellent job handling our maintenance requests. He fixed all the lights and the bathroom vent quickly and efficiently, and everything is working perfectly now. What really stood out was his dedicationâhe even came back the same morning to take care of another light issue without hesitation. His responsiveness and professionalism are truly appreciated.

Union South Bay is a great place to live - the maintenance staff does a a great job of keeping up the aesthetics and luxury feel of the place. Fernando from the maintenance department is knowledgeable, friendly , and always does an amazing job with any and all maintenance requests!
