Brian Nyguen is phenomenal! He has out standing customer service with great professionalism. Very consistent and overall has fantastic communication! The property is clean , nice and quiet & central to everything you need ! He gave me all the information regarding where I could find everything locally as well tell me the best way to get to work! We really like the apartment and its amenities. it's maintained pretty neat, granted it's pretty much a new apartment but we noticed how quickly they are trying to fix the issues as soon as they notice them. The whole community seems to be pretty secure with locks at almost every place so there's no intruders. We worked with Brian at the leasing office, he was very welcoming and helped us find a new place that suits our budget without making a lot of sacrifices. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Maintenance team is always helpful and diligent with their work. Anthony and Fernando, in particular. Every time there is an issue in my apartment, they are quick to service the issue and resolve it with urgency.
