I like living here:) I love the the leasing office - so does my dog (Penelope). They’re always so welcoming and kind. I also really appreciate that they try to put on events that are community based - makes living there feel extra special. My only suggestions at the moment would be better communication or assistance in maintenance - when I moved in I filled out a form for repairs needing to be done, but they haven’t been addressed. Otherwise I enjoy it here.

He arrived within an hour of my call to fix my sink grinder and refrigerator, and handled everything quickly and professionally. His attention to detail and dedication made all the difference. I love the sense of community here ! The leasing office is very kind and respond immediately if I need any help. The apartment complex is a very quiet and relaxing environment!

I want to express my appreciation for the excellent work done recently by one of the maintenance team members, Fernando. He was prompt in responding to our repair requests and demonstrated professionalism and skill throughout the process. The repairs were completed efficiently, and the work area was left clean and tidy. We are very satisfied with the service provided and highly recommend Fernando and Victor for any maintenance needs.

We lived here for 3 years and truly enjoyed the entire time! It’s a beautiful property and the leasing office is great at communicating with the community on events that are occurring. The maintenance team responds very quickly to service requests and are very friendly. The grounds are kept up very well daily. We only moved out due to a job promotion and would have loved to have been able to stay longer!

Fernando and Victor the maintenance guys are GREAT at what they do!!! They are very knowledgeable and had the best customer service! My dishwasher stopped working and they decided to replace my dishwasher right away 🙂 Not only did they replace it right away but as soon as I requested maintenance to come take a look at my dishwasher to the leasing office they came not even an hour later which was super QUICK! They are the best! Thank you again Fernando and Victor 🙂

I had issues with my refrigerator and submitted a maintenance request. Within 24 hours, Fernando arrived and replaced it with a brand new one. Union Southbay truly values tenant comfort. I've lived here for almost three years, and every maintenance issue has been addressed the same day or within 24 hours. Thanks, Fernando for always being kind and respectful. Desslyn Benbo.
