I've been living here for a month now and it has been fantastic, everything I need is within walking distance and I'm not too far from CSUDH and big retailers such as target and ikea. The apartment is beautiful, modern and sleek fitted with a in unit washer/dryer, fridge, stove and oven, and finally lots of storage space. The ammenities offered here are outstanding, the pool looks gorgeous and the fitness center has everything I need to get a good work out in. The staff is fantastic, if you're looking to rent here I highly recommend contacting Marleni she's the best. Maintenance crew and staff is great, I had an issue and it was resolved quickly and efficiently.

Fernando came and fix our drain. Without asking he also fix our toilet chair. Did realy great job.

I love living in this complex! We haven't had any major issues, but maintenance is very quick to fix any issues we do have. Fernando came and fixed our AC unit over a holiday weekend, we were very impressed in his skills and his professionalism. Also I am impressed with how quiet living in this building is - I was worried that a new build like this would have thin walls where you hear every sound your neighbor makes but that is thankfully not the case.
