As I had only toured the complex, I can't speak for living situation here. But I can say that the leasing agent who assisted me, Brian Nguyen, was very personable and accommodating. He asked helpful questions to get the gist of what I was looking for so that the tour was oriented around my preferences. Couldn't have asked for a better guide around Union South Bay.

I haven’t moved in yet but the application process went smoothly. Brian has been helping me out and has been awesome. I’m excited for move in day. The apartment itself looks very nice and my dog is going to love their dog park!

Brian Nyguen is phenomenal! He has out standing customer service with great professionalism. Very consistent and overall has fantastic communication! The property is clean , nice and quiet & central to everything you need ! He gave me all the information regarding where I could find everything locally as well tell me the best way to get to work! Super Knowledgeable! DEFINITELY WILL RECOMMEND to others ! KEEP UP THE AMAZING WORK ! He deserves a Promotion! - Lita

Fernando and Victor were extremely professional, prepared, and polite. My refrigerator broke down and the ceiling lights were flickering. They replaced it and also did a brief inspection of the central air to make sure all was kosher as the summer heat approaches. This consideration to service is not rewarded enough. To work beyond the scope out of decency is applauded.

We really like the apartment and its amenities. it's maintained pretty neat, granted it's pretty much a new apartment but we noticed how quickly they are trying to fix the issues as soon as they notice them. The whole community seems to be pretty secure with locks at almost every place so there's no intruders. We worked with Brian at the leasing office, he was very welcoming and helped us find a new place that suits our budget without making a lot of sacrifices. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.
