Good service and good living
Hi, I just wanted to thank the recent good service I've had from Victor or Hector (I'm sorry I've been bad with names) and the cleaning done by Jennifer. I've asked for small additional favors outside of the normal ask and their normal duties and I've really come to appreciate it. Living here has been really awesome and I hope anyone who moves in meets these guys cuz they're nice and dutiful. And if anyone moves here, they'll really feel like they don't wanna move. I don't know what's in store for the end of my lease, but I hope to stay. But prices will always increase due to inflation so we'll see right?

Union South Bay Apartments is an awesome community to live in. Maintenance requests are handled quickly. The managerial staffing and employees are helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend Union South Bay Apartments to future renters.

Fernando came and saved the day! Maintenance is always very quick and helpful. Our washing machine was out of commission and I was afraid we would have to go to the laundry mat. Fernando was clutch. It’s gives me such peace of mine.
