I have just moved in here. An assistant manager Marleni helps me a lot! It’s comfortable to live here.

Thank you to all leasing managers, especially to Marleni. She assisted us from the day we had the tour until we moved in. She was very professional and kind. Maintenance requests had been completed in timely manner. So far, I'm very satisfied with every aspect of this apartment.

As I had only toured the complex, I can't speak for living situation here. But I can say that the leasing agent who assisted me, Brian Nguyen, was very personable and accommodating. He asked helpful questions to get the gist of what I was looking for so that the tour was oriented around my preferences. Couldn't have asked for a better guide around Union South Bay.

I haven’t moved in yet but the application process went smoothly. Brian has been helping me out and has been awesome. I’m excited for move in day. The apartment itself looks very nice and my dog is going to love their dog park!

The place is beautiful that we fell in love with the first time we tour the place with the assistance of an amazing employee Ms. Chrisma.Thank you to Maria who contacted us when we got approve. She is very friendly and provided us on what we need to do. Our moving in was very easy thru the assistance of Ms. Marleni who assisted us all the way. She is amazing and a wonderful employee. Other staff were so friendly and very accommodating. I would not hesitate to recommend this beautiful place.

Brian Nyguen is phenomenal! He has out standing customer service with great professionalism. Very consistent and overall has fantastic communication! The property is clean , nice and quiet & central to everything you need ! He gave me all the information regarding where I could find everything locally as well tell me the best way to get to work! We meet her and she is awesome and very accomodating. On the day of our moving in. Ms. Marleni assisted us until we got the keys. She is very thorough, very accomodating and very friendly and knows very well on what shes doing. They are truly an asset to this company. We really like the apartment and its amenities. it's maintained pretty neat, granted it's pretty much a new apartment but we noticed how quickly they are trying to fix the issues as soon as they notice them. The whole community seems to be pretty secure with locks at almost every place so there's no intruders. We worked with Brian at the leasing office, he was very welcoming and helped us find a new place that suits our budget without making a lot of sacrifices. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.
